        Within the past months, they have water disruptions every week and most of the times for 8 hours/day. There would be no water from 9, 10 until 5,6PM. Very inconvenient!! Today is the worst day yet. They shut off water from 11 to 10PM. Then water was back on for about an hour and now theres no water again. At 11PM Im not able to do anything. Update: 12:27 PM the next day and still no water. Looks like itll last until this afternoon. Happy Easter from the Rockwell

        It's great! Unless you like doing things like showering, flushing the toilet, or just drinking a glass of water. Then you might hate it. They shut the water off daily due to water leaks, as if paying $2000 a month for a new apartment shouldn't include access to running water. Do they compensate you? No. In fact, they charge you for all the water they're leaking during their construction projects. Save your money and go somewhere that at least lets you turn on a faucet in exchange for your 2k. EDIT AS RESPONSE TO OWNER: You haven't explained the exorbitant rise in tenant utility costs as a result of these "interruptions". If you were truly concerned for the comfort of your residents, you would at least refrain from passing on the costs of these malfunctions onto us. Somehow the less access we have to running water, the higher our water and sewer bills seems to be. Do you consider this to be a coincidence?

        Our family has visited from out of town multiple times and have really enjoyed their stay in the guest suite. It is very clean and the perfect location, minutes from Providence. It also overlooks the beautiful pool/patio area. I highly recommend.

        This is my first apartment and I could not be happier with my decision to live here! The staff are incredibly friendly and helped me every step of the way through the process of moving in. The amenities are amazing too! Beautiful gym, pool, and a snack bar too. I would recommend The Rockwell to anybody!

        Ive been going on apartment tours, viewed about 6 others. And none of them have compared to this place. The details are everything. This is the only one Ive seen with a heated pool. Its the nicest gym Ive seen. They give you a folder for the papers they give you (a small detail no other place did) I hope to move here soon.
