        After 5 hours of trying to add a line to our existing wireless plan that we hoped would be a quick trip, we were offered multiple deals that seemed too good to be true if we added additional services. Well they were definitely not true. Four months later, every single thing we were offered was either taken away by AT&T or were now being told was false information we received from the store employee. Called AT&T customer service who says to call the store and the store says to call AT&T customer service. Please save yourself the headache and go with Google for internet and a different AT&T store for help.
