I accidentally booked this hotel in downtown not realizing there was another just outside of town that I thought I was booking, so I was worried about parking since my family and I are moving and towing a trailer. Savannah was working the front desk when we arrived AND the next morning when we left, and she made the stay absolutely stress free. She helped us with the parking situation (which would be easy if we didnt have the trailer as there is parking in the garage attached) and she was so kind and helpful.
I also dont know why this is, but ever since the Hilton brand hotels switched from individual toiletries (shampoo etc) to the wall mounted one, it never fails that at least one of these is empty on arrival, and having it remedied when you usually dont discover it until you are already in the shower is a big pet peeve. This hotel however was fully stocked!! It really is the little things when it comes to hospitality, so this gets a 5-star review for that reason primarily!

My Wife and I are Locals, went here to stay for our anniversary. Just a get away from home. Bed was SUPER comfortable, room nice and clean. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was very relaxing with the quietness. Full size fridge with ice maker in the kitchen, dishwasher, plates cutlery, glasses. Publix grocery is right around the corner walking so you can cook your own meals if you want. Breakfast was amazing, buffet style with eggs, bacon, grits, potatoes, and all of the continental style stuff as well. There is a ceiling fan above the bed which made it feel like home. Staff is super friendly! Highly recommended!!!!!

Totally great experience! Friendly staff. Great complimentary breakfast. Roomy room with king bed. Ruth's Chris next door. Close access to hospital and Vonn Braun Center. Will stay again.

Such a great experience during our first stay at Homewood Suites Huntsville. Hot breakfast with rotating options each day. Breakfast staff are extremely friendly. Location is great. Everyone we wanted to go on our leisure trip was within 2 miles. Best part of our experience was discovering that this hotel has a large fenced in dog park built into the outside of the hotel. We cannot wait to return!!!
