        Very friendly and attentive. Even when short-staffed, they make sure to come and let those waiting that they haven't been forgotten. Even when I've had to wait, it hasn't been unbearably long as it is in some banks.

        my card is CONSTANTLY being locked, multiple times per month, over online purchases from Amazon. It is SO INCREDIBLY ANNOYING to have to call the number to verify purchases. None of them are EVER fraudulent!! I'm about to close this account over it!!!!

        Thanks to my mother, I've been banking with Redstone sense before I new what a bank was. After my mother passed away I stayed with Redstone because my mother was a very smart lady but most importantly, every Redstone I've gone to have always had the most welcoming and friendly staff than some of these other banks. Plus, Redstone just makes everything easier. 2024: still with Redstone and don't intend to go elsewhere anytime soon. :)
