        This is JUST dealing with HELOC Payment when you want to pay it to $0.00 and not close it. Terrible service/system. Online: Will not let you do it. They want you to talk with the staff, so that is what the system says. Call in and you get the automated phone system: Asks for a 16 digit code, not my member number (that is only 6 digits) or my HELOC CC. (No clue what they were asking for.) Called HELOC department: Miranda answered and EVERY TIME SHE talked i was overtaken by hiss. After 49 minutes trying to get this resolved online or over the phone, I am going to have to go into the office. I don't have time for this non-sense so I will be closing this account.
