I am a Hilton Honors member. Stayed at this hotel March 28-30 2024. My serious complaint is that the rooftop bar staff treats customers as criminals. On Saturday the 29th, my wife and I were finishing our last cocktail at the bar at 11 pm. We were talking to two lovely young ladies, a pre-med student from Baylor, and a fashion design major from the University of Alabama. Suddenly, 10 minutes after last call at 11 pm, while we finished our drinks, a rent-a-cop burst in and accosted us like we were criminals. He informed us that we had to close out our tabs and leave immediately. He wore a security uniform, implying that we were a threat. No one had told us to finish up prior to this point.
It was like being in a college bar and being kicked out by the bouncers abruptly. $400/night should afford better treatment. DO NOT stay at this hotel. It is run by a bunch of clock punching lazy millennials and Gen Z personnel. It's a waste of good money. No one in America wants to work anymore. Find another hotel in Huntsville. Trust me. Poor service with an insolent attitude.
