Windsor House

I am very sad how Windsor house did my mom went in for rehab for hip fracture and came out worser then she went in Windsor house need to be closed down the director nurses should feel bad how they did my mom last karma is real when you do bad to good people God will deal with them don't take your love ones or enemies there sorry people and places

Since my mom has been here things are starting to get better they are trying now to keep her clean and her room Im so thankful they are doing so much better now

I love seeing the residents up and doing activities. Their activity Director is amazing taking them puzzles and word searches just about every day. They had a great harvest festival a couple of weeks ago. The residents enjoyed dunking the dietary manger and administrator. The residents are taken care of very well.

This is a horrible place!! The smell when you walk in is horrible. They have people screaming for help because they cant reach there call button because they have them tied up so they cant get to them. Shower area is completely falling in. My grandmother went 9 days without a bath or shower or even having a washcloth/bedbath bath because the water in the shower was burning people because they was getting as hot as 130 degrees. They told us yesterday that they cant drink the sink water because there so much rust in the pipes and they cant get the pipes fixed. But they give them water to take meds and to drink with their meals. My grandmother had to stand out in the hall because another lady walked in her room and pee in her bed and they wouldnt remove the lady and I had to find my grandma a chair for her to sit in bc she been standing for so long her legs was shaking. Over all I wouldnt recommend putting your love one in here. We are currently trying to find another nursing home for my grandmother
