Dr. Muller Esneault and her beautiful staff have always showed great care with our pets. We are ever-grateful for saving our Lily. She is back listening to her favorite music, The Carpenters, and chasing all over the house!

my four Littles were due for their Heartworm shots. Not one, but for employees showed up to pick up a dog each from my car I have ambulatory issues, and I cannot carry them into the clinic nor hold 4 leashes while balancing with the Rollator walker. I had just bought a brand new car and was frustratingly, trying to figure out how to find a particular channel on Sirius. Ricky came out, sat in my car for one minutes and figured it out for me. After that, he sat in the car and basically babysat me while we waited on the dogs. Dogs came out just fine. and all is good. I have used this clinic for longer than I can remember and even had two roommates over 20 years ago who used to work there. My entire family takes their dogs and cats to the clinic I cant think of a better place to go for great care for your loved pets.

I want to give HUGE THANK YOU to Dr. Anderson and the entire staff of Animal Care Clinic. This was the first time we had taken our chihuahua to them. She has seizures and they have been getting worse. They were so thorough, kind and compassionate. I left with everything we need and they made it very affordable for us. I highly recommend! Ive never had such a positive experience with a veterinarian. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Employees at the front desk are friendly and helpful so I dont want the negative rating to reflect them - if you have an older and chronically sick animal, probably dont come here. The visits are quick , a little too quick. Hardly even checking the animal over. Ive had two different doctors here and felt dismissed by both. Chalked my cats issue up to their chronic condition and sent us out the door with a theres not a lot you can do which may be true with their issue, but I had to ask is there anything I can do to make it a little better? Before even offering a supplement. Acting like they are a lost cause or not worthy of their time really. Felt like they just wanted us in and out rather than giving us the attention that is needed. During a first check up I had to ask him (not sure which doc) to run an fiv test after telling him the symptoms and conditions they lived in, had to ask him to look over the state of their eyes and gums, and was never even told if and when to come back for a check up, and no conversation on our options given our cats diagnosis and suspected issues. Never told us any information about their groomer even though the cat desperately needed to be shaved all the way down and we inquired about it. Came back due to a sudden new symptom that could have been an infection (not taking any chances with fiv) and was seen by a woman who took about five seconds of a look at them and said allergies, changed her mind immediately when I mentioned fiv. And just was wrapped up like that. No tests, no advice how to help or any supportive care, no help with allergies which could still be part of it. And the supplement treats they recommended were out of date on top of that. Nothing terribly heinous happened, no one like, kicked my puppy or anything. But its just been enough little things to where it warranted something being said - and me switching vets. If things dont get better with kittys condition soon, I will be seeking a second opinion somewhere else. Friends and family have used this vet in the past with zero complaints, but none of their critters had chronic conditions that are high support needs.
