Took a survey for a gift card to my choice of 1 of 3 very reputable restaurants-to only realize that Id been scammed for my info. by this so-called Pure Water business. I will also be reporting to the BBB, this is low down & not a way to handle business.

Expensive garbage, customer service is poor and the survey in the mail to try to get you to buy their expensive garbage wont even send you the free gift card. There is good reason why the BBB has them rated as an F and most of their responses are copy and pasted

It makes no sense to me at all I Scan the QC Code an filled out the questions they asked an then submitted it an it came back with all the restaurant's on the card an the one I wrote down in the space for my favorite place to eat wasn't part of it either so I guess it was for the only reason I can come up with an that's my information address phone number name. An why does the post card that you tare off to send in the mail go to PURE WATER INC HUNTSVILLE ALABAMA an the top part of the card that HAS STEAK HOUSE PROMO HUNTSVILLE ALABAMA AN SAYS COMPLIMENTARY 25$ GIFT CARD! AN SHOWS THE 3 RESTAURANTS ON IT BUT ON THE BACK OF THE TOP CARD SAYS SCAN QR CODE AN TAKE SHORT SURVEY FOR THE 25$ GIFT CARD FOR YOUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT BUT NOT A 1 HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS CARD AT ALL I MEAN I HAVE IT IN BLACK & WHITE ON MY PHONE SO DON'T WORRY ABOUT CALLING ME OR TEXTING ME ABOUT IT TAKE MY INFO OUT OF YOUR DATA BANK.
