Culligan Water Conditioning of Huntsville, AL

I reached out to the local Culligan office, Huntsville, AL, to get a second quote on a home water softening system. Had another company come out, but felt their prices were too high for what we needed, so I told the Culligan guy (he called me) we didn't really need the water tests done again- we knew we had hard water; asked could he just email us some prices. He said he would be happy to do that and got our email info. We never received the quotes, reached out again on their website with no response. This is very poor customer service. If you don't want to bother with "just sending quotes without a visit", you should say so up front and not waste a potential customer's time. We have since had another company come out and install a system for us that, so far, we are very pleased with.

I had a leak from my reverse osmosis tank line. The technician dispatched was Noah Gregg. What a nice young man. Wish we could adopt him. What makes this a Five Star visit was Noah's timeliness, attentiveness to my concerns, and attention to details. Noah knew his product and quickly resolved my leak. Great Job, Noah. Thanks again.

We just had Culligan installed! Sales rep Brian was great. We also had Rainsoft come out. Rainsoft was very high pressure, and 3 times the cost. It felt very dog and pony show. They also wouldnt leave any brochure or offfical pricing, at the end just left us with a hand written price on blank piece of paper. They will try to tell you spending 6k will even out with free soap they give you. Culligan was exact opposite. No pressure, very honest on what system you do and dont need and our price was the same price as others in our neighborhood and thousands less. When I asked about higher level machines, he said it wasnt worth it for what we have and zoned in on 2 products he would recommend. We noticed immediately the difference. During install they were very clean on the work also.
