        DON'T RENT MELLEN! Mellen Investment is a nightmare I wish I avoided. There is a reason so many people leave.

        Youll be lucky if they respond. Whether there is available housing or not a response is still appropriate. I'll be inquiring with JBER/Aurora Housing on updated inspections and the terms of their agreement with this company. They did finally respond. Their rent at any of their places is outrageous and they never updated the base on how much they charge so if you got that spiel about how theyre supposed to have prices in line with BAH, dont buy it for a second. Look elsewhere and dont rush finding something in your budget!!!
