I submitted a maintenance request for our stove, and within a week a new stove was delivered. The staff was quick to reply and took care of our needs :)

My time renting at Renew Bayshore townhomes was not a pleasurable stay. When we filled out the application, we were excited to move into a nice place as seen on the pictures on the website. The day of move in, (JUNE 30,2022) we noticed right away that they did not do a full on deep clean AND that we had got the wrong apartment we got the one called the Denali which was 1,322 square feet which was fine we eventually made it work out , mind you we had to pay 3,900 for first months rent and deposit which was also fine we just expected everything to be 100 percent . The carpets were shampooed that morning, we walked in and started inspecting everything, the washing machine was broken, and we didnt get a new one till 2 months later, so we had to go to the laundromat and wash clothes. Walking around we saw the windows were dirty, some curtains were broken, the fridge, oven, cabinets, and microwave were gross. They had put new flooring, but it was all painted and marked up by the workers and had dirty marks from the workers boots all over the floor, we cleaned for two days the whole apartment. Next that we had to clean and replace were the bathrooms and replace the toilet seats, they were disgusting. We also had to vacuum the carpets because there were nails and just stuff on the carpet. Then came at one point in my bathroom downstairs there was mold forming next to the shower we let the maintenance know and they fixed it weeks later but all they did was cover the mold, also the baseboards were all falling off in that bathroom. Later came to wintertime, mind you all this happening the office would never call back we had to call several times over and over and go to the office ourselves to be able to talk to someone most of the time they were not there. Anyway wintertime came, and everyone had a leaking problem we had water coming in from our bathroom one above our toilet and one in the shower , when we would use the bathroom it would drip down our back, it was right over the toilet so when not in use we put a bucket, the floor got flooded many times in that bathroom because of the leak and we all work so we couldnt watch it all day. The other leak was in my sisters laws bathroom upstairs where the whole carpet got super wet and drenched, we had to leave on vacation and left everything as is as they told us they would take care of the situation while we were gone, they never did. When we came back, we were gone for 2 and a half weeks. My sister in laws room was still drenched, we had to take all her belongings and bed out into the living room, and she slept there. They put a fan to dry it up and maybe a month later fixed the roof, our bathrooms leak holes never got fixed they stayed like that till even when we moved out. We called and asked when it would be fixed, and we never would get a call back. Our experience was something I never had experienced and only heard rumors of, that place has a lot of apartments and tenants they should be on top of things. They should always answer the phone, they had the emergency line, but they wouldnt pick up also. They should do better; Ive seen the reviews on this place about tenants not having heat for months or no washing machine for months also. A lot of this can be prevented, when it came for us to move out, we cleaned and made it nice, I patched the walls so all they could do is paint, yet they charged us for cleaning and repainting the wall because they were damaged and charged us for all the blinds to replace all of them. We were very good tenants paying on time, we were super clean and considerate of others. I feel for all the past tenants at renew Bayshore townhomes I feel for them and Im sorry they had to go through what we did and what they went through also. Gave a 1 star because i couldnt give a no star

Is this a real business? Never return phones; phony email responses; floods Craigslist with their ads. Weird.

Extremely disappointed. Hard to reach. Never answers the phone. I left a voicemail which took them two weeks to return and only because I left a second one expressing concern about their lack of communication. She was sweet but always had an excuse, which is not acceptable after the 3rd time. I finally was able to setup an appointment to view the place and she didnt show up. She didnt call to say she was late or apologize for not being there. If this is any example of their management skills and the type of service you receive as a tenant, I would say it is very poor at this time.

Ive called and left several messages. I finally just showed up to the leasing office on my way home and the girl that answered the door seemed afraid of any interaction, I thought I was at her actual home at first. It was so incredibly awkward, and I was immediately informed that there arent any available units, and the on site management has no control over what leasing ads are pushed out. Apparently, the units go very quickly and the best way is to go to their website and arbitrarily fill out an application for a floor plan that states its available, only if and when your application is approved will you be able to possibly** view the unit youll be in or any 3bd unit. The townhomes have increased in rent, but she didnt have a specific dollar amount. About $2100 for the 3 bedroom and about $1900 for the 2 bedroom- both rooms are the size of a shoe box and apparently the 3bd floor plan has the same size rooms. All in all, I feel lucky to not have gotten one of these units given the other horrible reviews on management and maintained. Bullet dodged.
