I order all my OEM Ford parts online off of Ford's site and pick them up at the stealership. Really disappointed a few times with the parts department.

Recall service was easy, but took months to get appointment. No shuttle to downtown any longer.

I wish I could give 0 stars. its nearly week 4, still no car or any answers on when I will be able to have a car. We have been calling every half hour trying to get AT LEAST some answers, and nobody can give us a straight answer or at the very least even ANSWER. We were told our car would be ready LAST Friday, and then we were told it would be dropped off to us YESTERDAY. i can see now why the reviews are so poor, and I feel sorry for anyone who doesnt check the reviews before choosing to send their car here. We have one vehicle left, and due to the extensive driving it now has problems of its own because it wasnt meant to be driven in this kind of snow ! We thought this was temporary but we havent had a reliable car for the entire month of January. Kind of thinking they should be paying our January car payment since it hasnt been driven by us ONCE. Get your s h i t together before you call yourselves a service center, Im tired of this.
