Jim is the best! A true and honest professional that took his time to explain everything and recommend what was needed that made sense. Good prices too! Very friendly and gain my confidence immediately. I had an issue with my well (no water in the house) and he came the next morning. Highly recommend! Thank you Jim!

Overall OUTSTANDING Experience. Jim is a master at his craft and does a great job explaining something the average homeowner hopefully doesn't have to deal with often. I lost all water inside the house. Jim first did some testing to eliminate other possibilities and correctly diagnosed a faulty water pump. He had everything needed to pull up over 300 feet of pipe and replace it on the spot with the most up date products. His organization, efficiency, and years of experience made me totally confident I got the best job possible anywhere! (And he has an great personality to boot)

Just had THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER from Arctic Pump & Well Services. I called about possibly getting our pump replaced, and instead of just scheduling it for me (and getting roughly $4000 in business), the owner, Jim, TALKED ME THROUGH the process of changing the pressure switch so that we could get the correct pressure on our current pump. He literally sat on the phone with me for 20-30 minutes, talking me through diagnosing and fixing the issue. At 7:00 at night after his day was most certainly over. I am ASTOUNDED. Highly recommend. 5 stars, 10/10.
