Our family called him during an emergency and just like that he showed up and helped us with everything we needed. He called back to make sure everything was good and answered our questions. I am writing this review for a friend who used 907 Water Wells Services and was treated extremely poorly. She was concerned to post her story as John (owner of 907 Water Wells Services) threatened legal actions if she posted anything.
I was called to her house to assess if I could determine if her recently (within 9 months) water softener was operational due to the fact John would not honor any warranty on the product or installation. I took it upon myself to contact John representing my friend. He indicated that he was never going to return to the address where installation occurred, and explained that it is in the file not to return. I believe he owns the business and that I would also assume this would be his decision.
My friend had to replace a relatively new water softener with another new system purchased from Alaska Pure Water. Dave at Alaska Pure Water determined that the system was not working and most likely had not been working for some time due to the poor quality of the water after samples were taken. I will also state that we asked Alaska Pure Water if they could repair or fix the existing system and they could not because they never heard of the brand of the unit, and they did not know where to acquire parts to make any necessary repairs.
Summary; please beware of entering into any contractual agreement with 907 Water Well Services as it appears they do the work, get paid, and forget about you. No contractor should be able to get away with treating customers like I have described above. The reason for the lengthy review is to make individuals aware of the treatment they may receive and avoid this or possibly worse treatment.

After getting the run around with several other water filtration, well pump and excavator services .... a process which took nearly 3 months to try and navigate, we finally scored when we turned to 907 Water Well Services. We had well water with a very heavy iron load, and supposedly a low producing well. We used several services in town that we paid for but did not fix the situation one bit. Finally, we got in touch with John, and he diagnosed our situation during our first visit. And within 1 week, we finally had clear water from a well that turns out had plenty of water! If we had found 907 Well Water Services initially, we would have saved ourselves at least $8k and 3 months of headache.
