        Excellent customer service! I was on vacation and lost a debit card. I called into this place at like 4:30pm on a Thursday (holiday weekend). The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond. He was able to change my address and expedite me a new debit card. He personally delivered the card to the mail service to make sure that it was sent out before the weekend. I got it Monday the next week, a day before an international trip. What a lifesaver!

        I really appreciate the customer service at Spirit of Alaska. Whenever I call with a question, there is always a representative available to answer it. They were willing to refund a very legitimate overdraft fee that I was careless about. Thank you for the excellent common-sense service!
