Horrible experience with the loan officers and branch manager. All I wanted was an approval letter that would take them 2 mins and they refused (Cu1 provided it no problem). The teller was very nice and did everything she could to help me. Thank god I had this experience before I pulled the trigger on becoming a member and financing my vehicle through them. Dont fall for the 2% off by becoming a member. Not worth it.

Loan officer was amazingly helpful and available through the entire process of getting a loan remotely. Excellent customer service. Two thumbs up, will be doing more business here in the future.

We went with this bank, when buying our new home. The whole process was a train wreck. We were not kept informed throughout the process. I would ask questions that would go unanswered. The closing date was constantly changing without our knowledge. When we finally closed, paperwork wasnt filed correctly. Honestly I wouldnt recommend using them for any of your banking needs.
