Versante Apartment Homes

If you're looking for a place to call home that offers comfort, convenience, and a sense of belonging, this is the place. The grounds are meticulous and the community is very quiet. I love the events that they have. Or when there are food trucks at the front office. I have nice neighbors who were welcoming and I can't wait to enjoy the pool this summer. Plus, it's heated in the winter! I love my apartment and I can see myself living here for many years.

I highly recommend living at Versante Apartments. The staff is very helpful and the apartments are outstanding.

Beautiful grounds, staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is great but Arthur is amazing! The fact that the management company offers residents events every month speaks volumes to me.

Nice place to live but apparently you can't use the amenities without them thinking you don't live here and being asked to leave the property. Maintenance came up to me and asked if i live here, i gave him my apartment number and even showed him my nals apartment key chain. Well he goes and brings management who ask me to leave the property without even verifying if i live here. I simply wanted to hang out at the tables and wait for my SO to wake up and unlock the second lock so i could go in. My SO and i are both on the lease and both pay rent to live here. I don't appreciate being judged and being asked to leave the place i pay to live at. I will gladly provide proof of my residence, do not ask me to leave immediately without knowing for sure if i live here or not.

Unfortunately I was not able to get accepted into these apartment homes. That doesn't change my rating, the place itself looks very lovely and well maintained and there are many options for apts. I'm mainly giving my 5 star rating for their customer service reps! If they even slightly reflect what the housing is like, then it must be wonderful! My experience with both the representatives I spoke to (Brianna and Gaby) were very friendly and polite as well as professional and full of knowledge, even though I was denied at this specific housing, they were very helpful still, with providing me additional information and just other options to ultimately look into (in the surrounding Avondale area) and just ultimately they were very friendly and seemed very caring and sincere that I wasn't able to get into the housing etc. (hence the additional help with other options) and just great professionalism, they will not just "brush you off" in anyway! I don't feel "I" should penalize a place for me just lacking a financial and credit worthy life. At the end of the day, what can I say. I'm a loser lol I just suck at life and can't afford things like this. If "YOU" however, are obviously more successful of a person than myself (aka better finances and credit etc) then I absolutely say go for it and still highly recommend this place! It didn't work for "me" but that's because again, i failed already at life lol. Doesn't mean it won't work for you and if you do see the reviews of people who do live their, it's rated pretty high. I'd absolutely say give them a shot, it's a very wonderful area, very wonderful housing (I would "assume" the community is great as well, they seem to have a really good screening process) and the staff is absolutely amazing! 5/5!
