They had my case over a year, I had called them 4 times in a year to find out what was going on. They never called me once until the end of that year. I signed paper to accept offer in January.2024. They said two weeks. Its been two months, Im still waiting , I called earlier this week still no response. They dont care about the customer. They are as bad as insurance companies.

I received a letter dated 12/27 for my case that it was dismissed for missing paperwork. They have all my paperwork. Have left multiple voice-mails, text messages through their website, and emails . It's been over a month and still no response regarding anything. How can I get a response?

I have been trying to work with this firm for a number of months. If you expect communication on your case - this is not the firm for you. They have closed their office and work remotely - someplace. They do not answer their phone. Sadly, I have paid them in full. My only recourse at this time is to contact the bar. I only expect communication during normal business hours.

Mr. Waters is very patient and helpful. He replied my email even he was out of country on vacation.

Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't send paperwork when they say. Elvis...? Never responds to voicemails. RUN AWAY! Good to know they reply to their Google reviews better than their clients.
