They ripped me off $280!!!! I called the office, spoke to the associate and extended my reservation by 1 day for $65... I asked for an emailed receipt for the update and was told that I will get the receipt when I return the car. I returned the car and received a printed receipt with the added $65. I go home and look on my bank statement, they charged me $65 + $280!! I called back the Havasu location and was told to call Budget Customer Service to have the charge reversed. Customer Service said they would refund me... They refunded me $12 and then closed my case. They refused to look into the issue and told me the Havasu location did not document the added day for $65 therefore there is no proof. I will forever be an ANTI BUDGET ADVOCATE!!!!!

Female manager at front desk was Horrendously Rude, totally unprofessional, sarcastic, verbally abusive and vindictive! This person wasted almost 3 hours of my time, delaying the very long drive I had ahead of me and obviously throwing my schedule way off. Instead of fixing a minor issue with my prepayed reservation she screwed around, making me wait and finally making a completely new and different reservation, WITHOUT ASKING ME! Charging my card again for the full amount and the deposit! I was given an vehicle upgrade online that she would not honor and after much arguing and calling Budget customer support and this woman refusing to help, I was forced to pay additional amount to get a safe sized vehicle because this woman claimed that the only vehicle available for me was this tiny little go-kart looking car that I would not risk mine or my wife's life driving on a freeway. There are other options for renting cars in this town and unless you want your trip to start off with such aggravation and wasted time and money I would urge you to go elsewhere, this woman seems to enjoy abusing customers.
