Avis Car Rental

I have used this location at least 10 times in 18 months. The staff are all fantastic. Sheila is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and a ton of fun to speak with. I'll miss being a customer. 11 out of 10 recommend.

As a frequent rental customer at the Lake Havasu City HII location it is always a pleasure to interact with Sheila and her team. Very friendly, professional and personable . Each rental experience is a 5 star experience!

This location closes at 4pm on Thurs correct? Why would you allow a car to be reserved & picked up at 4pm only to get there to hear "sorry we are closed, you will have to come back tomorrow at 8am" I MEAN WTH!?!? Wouldn't you advertise last pick up at 3pm being it takes at least a 1/2 hour to get paperwork and walk through done?! I'd love to hear an answer.

Everything was good up until we got where we were going and noticed the tags were expired by 6 months when we told the girl about it when we dropped it off she just shrugged it off like no big deal and didnt even try to compensate us it any way for the risk we could have had to take luckily we didnt but still having to drive the whole time with expired tags was very stressful a shrug and a sickly sweet smile was not comforting at all in this situation

The worst experience! Lake Havasu City to catch a flight in Las Vegas. They gave me a car with the tire pressure light on.. Told me to go to the gas station myself and put air in it! Although i did try i looked down and 3 tires were at 45 and one at 23! Something was obviously wrong with the tire. It didn't just need air. I went back for a replacement. She would have sent me on my way across the desert to be killed by a blowout! Also added charges I didn't authorize! Dropeff was closed so i had to leave a note. Couldn't even talk to someone. Im also going to let Jetblue know they shouldn't affiliate themselves through their partner program Paisley! Who would want to associate themselves in this manor. Never again!!
