I'm a Snowbird.   I was very pleased to finally have a place to drop off most   all residential/household recycling! (Not just plastic bottles and tin/aluminum cans)  It was different to put everything into one bin at Republic Services though. When I first phoned Republic Services in January, however, it was not explained to me that the College Drive outlet had a residential recycling bin.  So that was very disappointing.  But, thanks to AZ recycling, they steered me to the right place this past week.

This company has been hard to work with in the past because of lack of communication. However, this all changed the minute I was finally able to get in contact with the local rep, Rita. She is an outstanding individual!!! Her communication and professionalism is amazing! She took the time to hear what I needed, answered all my questions and then quickly followed up! Update: 7/6/22- The trash has been outside since last Friday. They are not going to pick it up. The service is horrendous. Stop writing me with lies. Dont write me at all.
Update: 7/4/22- Shannon wrote me today. They will get the trash tomorrow. What bothers me are these neighbors. Why didnt anyone report the problem?
Update: 7/1/22- Every single week since May 27th, there has been a problem with picking up the trash. Why do we have to call or write every week? How do you stay employed? This is incompetence at its best. Cans line the street; what is the problem?
You picked it up, but can it be consistent?

Update: 6/17/22-Why didnt they pick up the trash? Please, what is the problem? Why are you leaving us out? The cans have not been touched. First UPS; now you! Complaining is not my thing. I want to be left alone, but this is ridiculous.

It has been three weeks in a row with late recycling pickup. Two weeks you did not come at all. I called last week to complain, and they showed up. Well, what about today? Recycling bins are still on Kiowa Blvd N. Is it because we are on the Northside? I am sure you pick up with no problem on the Southside. If you want us to put everything in the trash; announce that. Dont have us put the cans outside. My husband hates recycling. Was he right?
