LAKE PLACE INN

Property is located a half block off the "Main Street Experience" of McCulloch Blvd, about a mile up from the London Bridge. The deceiving exterior appearance is of an "old school" motel, but it is actually well maintained for its apparent age. Secure front and back doors to most rooms, which is actually quite convenient. Large, relatively modern rooms with in-room coffee, a microwave, and a mini-fridge. It also had a flat screen TV, a desk like table, a round sitting table, two sitting chairs, two nightstands, and a king-size bed. The interior courtyard has a large, very clean pool with a good-sized deck area and lounge chairs. I saw a basketball hoop, as well, on the other side of the courtyard. The property was VERY inexpensive, not "cheap"!!! (Kind of off-season, but full on "snowbird" time) A good value for your buck!!! Safety: Seemed secure enough... Walkability: Half block to the walkable "Main Street" restaurants, saloons and shops. Food & drinks: Lots of food joints less than a half block away.

Nice owners doing a good job and recent remodeling is looking good. They have Reasonable prices! Nearby activities: Close to everything around LAKE HAVASU CITY Walkability: close to many different types of food and most anything you may want, barbershops/hair salons, bowling, bars/karaoke, even a hardware store for whatever project you might have. Food & drinks: Lots of choices within the area

Infested with bed bugs, nasty place. This place should be shut down.
