Visionworks Superstition Springs

Very friendly staff and the eye exam was very thorough. The Dr explained everything as he did the exam and was very great to speak with.

I used this facility last year and it was Great but this year does not even deserve the 1 star. I check in and 1 of the receptionist tells me the copay cost and I questioned that , she could not give me a direct answer as to why. I go back for the exam, huge lack of customer service , no greet , how's the day nothing ..... The dr was awful she assured me my contacts that she was recommending are cheaper and better then what i got last year , I get to the front desk to check out and my co pay was higher then what i was told when i checked in . I asked why and she said that she said no idea that i should know my benefits. True to a point but she was still wrong. I was so frustrated and paid what she said and asked for my prescription I will not be returning. Called VSP and told them what was going on and they told me that they were trying to bill it wrong and so it kept denying it. So had to file a claim on that. The contacts were incorrect i was able to see better without then with them in. So now its off to find another vision place start over.
