If i can give a zero i would. I set up an appointment today only to be turned away because of the incompetent staff members there. All i wanted to do was start a bank account.

I called chase to get information on receiveing  incoming wires. The routing number I was given did not match the one at the bottom of my checks so I called again to confirm it and the information I was provided previously. ​In reviewing my account, I noticed I was charged a fee for the wire so, I called chase to see if I could get it refunded since I was never informed of the fee. The person I spoke to transfered me to someone that "could help me" They told me that I would have to qualify for the refund, then he said I did not qualify. I asked him why I didn't qualify and he said we do not refund these type of fees anymore. I asked him why he had said I would have to qualify for the refund tthen.He said they do not fund these type of fees anymore. d not have wired funds to chase if I had known of the fee. I work in banking myself and know that the fee can be refunded, they just don't to to refund it. Too bad, I was going to open another account at chase but now I'm going to close my account and my family will be doing the same. I don't even give it 1 star but had to in order to submit the review.
