He explained everything he was going to do and took the time to explain things to me as I walked around with him as he was inspecting the house which he did not mind me doing. We were starting to wonder if our home had a foundation issue so we reached out to Ram Jack to schedule an inspection. Brian Patrick is who showed up and he was amazing. Very personable and friendly. After a very detailed inspection by a 3rd party engineering company it was determined that we didn't have a foundation issue and they recommend installing gutters which will most likely be cheaper than a foundation repair so that made me even happier. The whole process was smooth and for a company not to recommend unnecessary repairs is un heard of these days. I would def recommend Ram Jack and Brian Patrick to anyone I know. They were great!
