If I could give a hundred Stars.. I would!!! I will never use anyone else again! OH MY GOSH, I promise everyone, you will truly love this company and the gentleman, (my bad, I am not sure, but I think his name was Charlie.. if I am wrong please forgive me, but you are so awesome and knowledgeable!!!! FIRST CLASS COMPANY! Again, I promise to use this family owed and run plumbing business for life! Thank you for your wonderful attitude, professionalism and knowledge! I feel so happy and lucky to have found a company I can trust. In this day and age, its so hard to find an excellent company and a wonderful dedicated employee! Thank you, thank you! I will be getting more work done within two weeks at the most! Again, I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR HONESTY! I will certainly tell every how great they are and I so appreciate you!!! I had an outstanding experience with Second Opinion. I called early on Thursday morning because I'd had to shut off the water to my house. Chris came out early that afternoon and had the job finished and the water back on in half an hour. He was extremely genial and courteous, thoroughly answered all my questions, including some that were not directly related to the job at hand, and later emailed me quotes for some prospective future work I'd asked him about. Good plumbers are valuable (as we all know who've had plumbing problems we weren't sure how to fix ourselves), and I'm happy to recommend both Chris and Second Opinion.

Easy to schedule, arrived on time, performed the work in the time that they told us it would take, fair pricing, courteous technician. We had our tankless hot water heater flushed & descaled. Great experience all around!
