Called because of smell coming from laundry room and possible unclogging of bathroom sink (drained slow). Tech came out told my husband the laundry hose needed to be cleaned out more the likely and he quickly unclogged the bathroom sink for $275 !?!? My main concern wasnt even fixed. I still have to clean or replace the hose for the washer or have someone come out to do it complete waste!

Called for a simple quote on a leaking spigot, was only 4 calls in all giving me quotes but letting me know their may be additional work, cool no problem. BF would not give me a quote at all saying they needed to send a technician out and would charge me for the tech call, for a leaky spigot? Seriously? How much more could be involved that you're unwilling to give a general quote? Called a few other places since I was looking for a same day repair... Well needless to say BF did not win me as a customer with their snaky pricing practices, found another business that's doing same day repair, $200, 2yr warranty... Up front and over the phone agave heating & plumbing
