I called this company and told him what was going on with this and where I was at. Roy one of the mechanic guys came down and put one of my Breaks on the driver side. He told me to drive it down to his shop which is only block down to put the passenger side on. He charged me $200 to do it. If you need anything done this is the company you want to go to in my opinion they deserve more than five stars.

Shop manager, Roy Lujan, provided excellent service to me when I had an emergency battery replacement. He is very knowledgeable and personable, and his prices are very reasonable. I have had other work done there in the past, and I highly recommend his shop. Manager Roy again went out of his way and provided me with a quick curbside diagnostic regarding some unusual fan noise. This saved me an unnecessary trip down to Scottsdale for warrantee service.

I called Roy to get an appointment, for a synthetic oil, oil filter, lube and a tire rotation. I got there on time and they were ready for me. I was out in about 45 minutes. Everything was done perfectly. Roy and the crew are great people. Ill be going back for my service there and if I ever need brakes, for sure theyre go to get my business!

I went to Brake Masters in Prescott Az, the Manager Roy was awesome and his customer service was the BEST! I needed rear pads on my truck. They got me in and out, and went above and beyond my expectations. The price was very fair as well. Thank you
