Recovia came along at a time when I was in a very distraught place in life... Their staff is kind, compassionate, professional... Just a few words to describe the quality caring atmosphere and team... To this day, a few years later, I apply practices learned there in my daily life... Thank you!

My doctor recommend Recovia for counseling because of stress caused by a recent separation. I visited this office once and spoke briefly with a counselor. The counselor tried to sell me on all of their services which I didn't need (physical therapy, extra nurses, yoga, etc...) I explained this was not the place for me. She did not tell me that by introducing me to the other staff, I would be charged for every other visit around the office. I feel taken advantage of and this has actually added more stress which is why I came to speak with someone in the first place. Writing this review because I think others need to beware of being overcharged because they don't communicate what's happening properly.

I received a phone call from a lab yesterday asking for money for the results of lab tests done that I didnt approve. The medical doctor on staff here told me to do a mouth swab test and if my insurance didnt cover it then they just wouldnt go through with the test. I WAS LIED TO !!! I dont even go here anymore due to the lack of professionalism and accountability. So these so called lab results I didnt approve to pay for are being sent to a facility I no longer go to. Sounds like someone checked the waive claim checkbox after I left the premises. Id be real careful of this place and what they say. Its very unprofessional.

I have had C3 - C6 replaced and now have 2 plates and a dozen screws as a neck. So I called RECOVIA at my pain docs request because He said I may suffering with chronic pain I was immediately impressed with the lady on the phone and then in person with the laid back relaxed atmosphere and process. Tho challenging...it was LIFE CHANGING . The kind, compassionate staff and atmosphere were beyond any expectations. There is not enough words to describe this wonderful place. I can tell you that after being here 6weeks I AM drug free , down 15 lbs & 90% pain free , I have full range of my neck, Im back to work, I have control over my emotions ,pain , and my STRESS has literally become non existent. I learned SO MANY alternative ways to keep myself together. I AM so grateful. The things that are offered and taught are the following: physical therapy, yoga, mindfulness, medication mangement, accupucture, massage (my favorite), psychotheraphy, MDR, which is retraining of the brain, and heart mapping. This place gave me my life back. THANK YOU Ruby for listening...Erica for always being there...Lindsey for teaching how to relax and be mindful. Acupuncturist for pain relief... . Diana & Jacob for totally relaxing me with your intuitive therapy and Dr. Stewart for teaching me skills that I ll use for the rest of my life. Im SO GRATEFUL If your wanting your life back this is the place to get it !!!!!
