The hotel is not bad but not worth what they charged. It really needs to be updated. Our room was fine but not worth what they charge. Our Hilton room in Las Vegas at the Crockfords was less than this room. They are charging a daily resort fee but not really a resort and charging for daily parking and its an open parking lot with plenty of room. There is an athletic club behind the hotel they are referring to as the resort I guess. You can walk to it but they are not very accommodating. Their fitness room closes at 8 every night and I tried to book a pedicure and after I booked it was turned around and told no one was working that day. The girl apologized emphatically and was very nice. Also, the trash cans in the room are small and very narrow so they were telling customers to put trash outside their room. The carpet was not clean and the chair in my room was coming apart at the seat of the chair. The restaurant was way overpriced and when we tried to eat there it was a long wait and half the tables were empty.

Recently stayed here and the location and scenery is beautiful. However for the price the rooms were subpar, bad wifi, never received towels, and the restaurant was extremely pricey for the quality. Once again great location and amenities were nice but otherwise was very disappointing especially for the price.

This place was lovely and I wish I could give it more than five star review. It was relaxed, clean, without being pretentious. When checking in we had a valet, Ricardo and he was so funny, and so personable, and great answering questions about hiking and other miscellaneous that we had. I had a slightly less stellar experience with the bartender who seemed bothered by the few drink questions I had (bar was not busy) but who knows, maybe he was just having an off day. so my only constructive criticism would be to maybe create a slightly more curated drink menu. Everything was really really sweet apparently not really adjustable in anyway. But for as not ideal as the drinks were the food was absolutely fabulous. The pictures that I posted let me tell you those food items were phenomenal. Finally I need to give MAJOR kudos to the night manager, Michael. My daughter got a very high fever very late at night, all the stores were closed, and we had forgotten her thermometer, (total mom fail ) Michael drove home after his shift and came back, to let me borrow his own personal thermometer. Without knowing that info I wouldnt have been able to medicate her correctly. I dont know that Ive had that level of customer service in a significantly long time (or ever )and it was just so nice after Covid to see people actually care that we were OK. Especially because its a bit more remote and theres less access to healthcare out that way, so Michael and Ricardo if you read this, I just wanna let you know you are both extremely appreciated and so kind. Please keep up the excellent work.

Don't get catfished by this place like we did! We booked the Hilton because of the gorgeous pics online and the awesome appearing pool and were incredibly disappointed in our choice. To start, the hallways were very dirty, there was glass on the floor and we had to make sure our kids had shoes on when walking to the pool at all times because of this. Our room was outdated with rips in the leather of the kitchen chairs. The fridge had orange stains in it and wasn't working properly. And the ceiling was dripping...not sure what that was about. It was nice to have a separate living area for the kids to sleep in but that was the end of any luxury we were to encounter here. The trash cans in the room were very oddly shaped and not functional. I collected our trash in to a paper bag and took it to the front desk, hoping to put it in a dumpster and the young receptionist told me to "just leave it outside the room." Luckily, another gentlman (maybe maintenance worker) came after me in the hallway and offered to dispose of it. The hallways were littered with trash and old linens...gross. Didn't want to be the part of the problem. Last, the on site restaurant is terrible. Good beer on tap but the calamari was cold and we were served the wrong appetizer and entree. When we told the server the app was incorrect, she responded with a Malfoy-like sneer and tried to argue. With this, we didn't mention the incorrect entree but all I can say is DO NOT GET THE BABY BACK RIBS with the mango sauce unless you enjoy the taste of soggy diapers. Not cheap for this experience either. We anticipated a resort charge ($36) but the $20 SELF parking fee (literally to park onsite of the hotel) seemed ridiculous. 100% not worth the value for the $$$$ price. I understand that we travelled during a high season (spring break) but honestly the Super 8 I stayed at was cleaner with better service (this is no lie). We read reviews before we booked and all seemed well, not sure if there has been a recent management change but we were let down immensely. BEWARE of the Hilton Sedona at Bell Rock!

We just left the hotel and want to share our thoughts. First off, do not expect updated rooms or a nice spa. The spa would be nice if it were the 70s. The gym is okay but most of the equipment is outdated. The restaurant and market is VERY over priced. However, the smores is a must do! Star gazing is non existent. The igloos are a cute idea but need an updated theme from Christmas. Maybe do white lights through the winter!? The staff was nice and accommodating. I would probably not stay here again until Hilton updates the resort. I dont think charging a resort fee or the price for this resort is very fair for the condition of the hotel
