Everyone at Aspen Dental was really great! The dentist was patient and explained things in such a way I could understand. The office staff was friendly & helpful.

My regular dentist wasnt available for an emergency appointment which I asked to be seen earlier. Ended up needing more work than I anticipated but Dr. Lee and that staff made sure i understood everything happening and took their time to write or get a virtual ASL interpreter. While it was out of my budget they were understanding of my goals. Dr. Lee was quick and gentle (unlike my current provider). I would go back and have her be my regular if it wasnt so expensive. Otherwise a good experience.

I went to see Dr. Lee because she is a good dentist. I had multiple problems with my teeth which required 5 to be pulled out.
The only problem with this is that they charge you for the whole treatment plan first. They charged me for crowns (on teeth I had pulled out), they charged me $900+ for partials I never got. I have really good dental insurance yet was charged $3,800.00.
I contacted the ladies in the office to see about the refund for services I didn't not receive, and they said they were taking care of it.
Fast forward 2-3 months.... no change.
I really did like the dentist and felt that the staff was really nice. They really helped me get out of pain.
Just the false charges are hard to swallow.
Please fix this!! Don't be that office that will be known for cheating people out of their money!
Dr. Lee you are a good dentist please fix this!
