Would be extremely careful going into this office. Its like dealing with timeshare salesman they try to sale you everything under the sun and when you tell them no they take offense to it. My kids have been seen by a dentist since they were 2 years old and every 6 months like clock work. This was our first time going here and they told us when they finally called them back after waiting an hour past their appointment to be seen that both of my kids needed 8-10 fillings put in a piece. I said theres no way they were just seen 6 months ago and they had none how do they now have that many fillings? The female dentist tried saying that the other dentist office just didnt do their job right looking for fillings. Funny story though.. you would think fillings would be a serious thing that would need taken care of fairly quick. They however couldnt get my kids back in until after their next cleaning so it would be 7 months before fillings could even be started. Something about that didnt sit right with me. I canceled their appointment and went and got a second opinion. Guess what NO cavities for earlier child. We told the new dentist that my kids LOVE btw what happened and he was shocked but said sadly those that dont know any better will just go with what a medical professional says and not think to get a second opinion. Thankfully we did because thats a lot of pain and unnecessary torture for kids who dont need their teeth messed with like that.

They got me back there fast they are very kind and very patient they were just amazing they show me the best care ever Im glad I have fort smith smile as my dentist
