Holiday Inn Little Rock-Presidential-Dwntn, an IHG Hotel

This was a great place to stay during the Eclipse. It was obvious that the staff was overwhelmed from being completely booked up. We had a lot of grace with the service and staff. They did great! One person in particular, Nika, was incredible! She did so much ground work to help us get adjoining rooms for our family. It was incredibly kind! We are so thankful.

I loved that there was a security team watching the parking lot all night and the front doors were locked in the evening, requiring you to be buzzed in to enter. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant was also great - friendly, good service, good prices and tasty food. Pet friendly policy was also a major plus. Easy access to the interstate and downtown. Very pleased with this hotel!

Great overnight hotel, we were passing through with our dog and it was such a relieve to find a comfortable hotel on the way. Room was clean and updated, its all you need to rest! My dog was welcomed for a refundable deposit + 35$ fee (if you are a member). we had a nice night to get our energy back and continue with our travels. Friendly staff and as others mention, theres a covered parking underground which comes to be really useful with snow or bad weather. Thank you so much for accepting our multi-species family! Rooms: Modern rooms, bathroom has LED mirror . Walkability: Neighborhood behind the hotel, theres a big park near the hotel for my dog to have a restroom brake and run a little. Food & drinks: Breakfast is not included unless they give you coupon. Breakfast price is 10$ ( as of today)
