        We always stay at Holiday Inn Express mainly for the wonderful cinnamon rolls. They didn't have any. I was told they only fix one tray per day and when they run out, that's it, no more til next morning. The water pressure was very low trying to take a shower and bathroom was stocked poorly. The staff was very nice. So of course, we will stay at Holiday inn in the future.

        So, I have stayed and worked in Holiday inn express hotels for many years. One of the reasons I stay there is the breakfast. This one was terrible. Burnt egg whites instead of the little omlets, no cinnamon rools, and no pancakes. Extremely disappointed

        BEWARE!!! I have been a loyal customer of IHG for years. This hotel has horrible reviews that I found out after the fact. They have an "F" rating from the BBB that I found out after the fact. There's a whole list of wrongs that others have stated that I won't list here. If you say you're going to complain, the manager blocks your account, blocks your points, and lies saying you were belligerent. I don't ever swear, but evidently, I did according to her report. It's taken me a month to have my account unblocked, and now I will forever be a "supervised" guest. I asked to have the videos pulled. The gentleman at IHG transferred me to the department that does that, then click, they hung up. It's been a nightmare to get this resolved, so I guess the manager accomplished what she set out to do. Needless to say, I'm using my points and canceling my IHG credit card and moving on. But they're too big to care. I wish this manager all the best. She's going to need it if she lives her life like this.
