        Carpet was wet in front of the restroom, shower would not switch over to the shower part. It ran the faucet, and it barely dribbles out the showerhead. There were baby roaches climbing the walls, sheets were stained. Had to stand out in the cold @ 6 pm to check in. And a $50 deposit. I think they should worry more about fixing their rooms and making them nicer and worth the $50 deposit.

        I had a medical emergency with my health. Had to be flown to Plano for my procedure before we checked out our room. They absolutely would NOT let my husband receive my deposit back. Then threatened to call police. They now have $100 worth of deposits from me and I have not received.

        DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL!! Absolutely disgusting. Smelled like pee, burn holes in the bed, no hot water, and it says pets allowed but no one said anything about a pet fee what so ever. To the point, the hotel had A DOG in the lobby. Do not trust the owner, he lets people who do drugs work there and stay. All hours of the night these workers were going back and forth between hotel rooms. Also, smelled like drugs if you know what I mean. DONT TRUST IT!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Made a complaint with the health department. Waiting for them to go check it out.

        Can't beat it for the price. Minor issues such as low water pressure in the sink and the light bulb in the bathroom needs to be replaced or repaired.. Washing machine was not working. Thankfully I brought my own coffee pot.

        I asked for a non smoking room and the room smells like a once smoking room. This is a once and never never more experience for me with OYO lodging. Cheap and very low end accommodations here.
