Great Customer Service5Star. I use both the pharmacy and for my needs with plenty of assistance offered. The staff are all helpful and have answered my questions. I recommend this Rite Aid thank you Jerry, Wendy, Joseph and the rest and to Emily and Maria, Raymond and the rest of the pharmacy staff!! See you soon!! Judith

Terrible customer service from pharmacy and employees! Needed a key to unlock the case and pressed assistance button multiple times when no one showed for over 15 minutes. I can hear the bell ringing up front and also in the pharmacy area while the employees just ignored it. Pharmacist walked by twice and still ignored us as if we are bothering her. This is the worst rite aid location I ever visited and will never come back again.

Came in because we realized our cat was out of food after a busy day. It was later in the day and pet stores were closed or farther away. We were hoping they'd have some decent options and we didn't want to get the by-product cat food from the dollar tree.I was surprised that they didn't have cat food here, would be nice if they had a slightly bigger pet section but! We did however find a packet of tuna that didn't have any seasoning added to it. So it worked out!

I use the pharmacy. The pharmacist and team are always very nice. I have never had a long wait which is great. I can"t stand too long and there are only a couple of chairs.
