Trying to get into contact with a live person over the phone is apparently impossible. I live in Stockton and I have an insurance claim that needs a signature from my bank . And Im trying to figure out the steps . Over an hour on the phone .

I went into the bank today to get help with a balance transfer from my capital one card to my credit union credit card. The banker Marlisha Carpenter didnt know what she was doing she ask me do I want a loan I advised her I came here for balance transfer. She advised me that she need more information and she seem like she didnt want to do nothing for me. She took my id and went to a manger. I dont understand why people pick these jobs and want the money but dont want do the work. I left and got my id back and called the call center and the representative Angeline was happy to help me with my balance transfer. If u need help with your account just called the call center dont walk into this branch for help. A lot of new banker that dont know there job.
