Every time I go to this branch it takes me more than 1:00 hour, to make a transfer it is incredible...they give terrible service and terrible administration

I love this branch. All of the staff, from the tellers to management, work extremely hard. Normally there is a line when I come down, but it moves quickly. And when I get to the teller window, by in large I have positive interactions with the staff. I am very happy and I feel fortunate that I do not have to bank with a huge corporate bank where I do not feel respected or taken care of. At Travis, I feel like I am taken care of and I can have a positive interaction when I go handle my financies.

Travis changed the mobile app that I was comfortable using. Now I cant access any of my accounts and when calling customer service I was put on a 19 minute hold 3x's . The NEW mobile upgrade is useless if you can't use it. Switch to Redwood C.C for better customer service & a better.all around banking experience.
