        Worst experience with a company I ever had. Yes the agents are nice but my policy did not have what I asked for. My car windshield got broken, turns out no coverage, so I add it along with roadside assistance and rental car coverage. My car gets stolen and for some reason the rental coverage is not there. After going through a rough time getting this situated, when asked for a copy of my policy, now there is no road side assistance or towing coverage.  Even after the mistake was noticed and I added the things I needed this agency still made mistakes. Its unacceptable. My family is suffering because of these mistakes. And it is terrible that we have to suffer. I am just so appauld by this whole situation. After my claim is closed i will be going somewhere. And I definitely will not recommend this place!!! The agency is just not organized or out together at all.
