        Bro they name says it all! they always get me in and out, I had multiple repairs here and so far so good. Justice is polite and handles her responsibilities and the technicians are always on point shout out to Mario thanks for the work.

        Clutch replacement on an automatic Volvo about $1500.00 higher than a dealer cost said one day to replace took three days. And wont give the core money back until they receive the money back from the distributor. The scams on the road are just never ending. Theres a reason why they have a 3.5 rating. Save yourself a headache and go to the dealer cheaper faster warranty everywhere you go and oh GET YOUR CORE MONEY BACK.

        Not recommended.. worst mechanic I ever saw they dont know how to talk with customers very rude. Over over charged for flat tire and they just open shop for taking advantage for who need service at night. Please stay away from this location Thankyou

        We are sorry to hear that your misunderstanding led to a bad review. As we stated in our email communication the clutch had a core that needed to be charged as the condition of the part was very deteriorated and since the dealer is very selective of what is acceptable we had to charge you the core until we return the part to the dealer. They determine if the core is good not us and only then we can refund the customer. This Disclaimer is on our work orders that the customer fills out when they check in and also on our estimates to which you signed off on. As to the pricing you have to think California's pricing will be slight higher than your state of Indiana. We hope you have a good experience as it seems none of the shops you have been to are to your expectations.

        Hello sir we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our pricing, however, our pricing is clearly stated on the board where you check in. We are located right next to three other shops and our pricing is about the same or less than our competition. Our team strives to offer the best customer service possible but there are times when customers think our team is there to be bullied into discounts when they are following company policy, and some might become a little more verbal due to the situation.
