        Stopped in for small antifreeze leak. In process of replacing hose, mechanic damaged fuel module and clamp for fuel line. They expect drivers to wait for parts delivery instead of going to get parts. Two and a half days later, I am still here. Completely unprofessional shop. Avoid this place at all costs!

        This is for the ta truck service shop. Brought two trucks in tonight first one was just a pm went good no issues. Second one was a pm, cab air bags, triple axle alignment, steer shocks. So waited for about 30 minutes to get the first one in and after that one was done we pulled the second one in. So we were impressed by how fast the service was. Then the second one got in. They had to check to see if they had the filters for a pm. Didnt have the filters and said they couldnt do my pm because I had a severe oil leak and bad oil leak from the plug (pictures shown). Then they had to check for steer shocks and of course didnt have those. I brought in two cab airbags to be replaced they said there tools and air compressor was broke so they couldnt replace them for me. And the alignment would have to wait until tomorrow morning. Stay away from this shop. Dont waste your time or money here.

        Employee #416843 - Position- Cashier 1 - Part time. Now dont get me wrong LOVE MY MANAGERS and I LOVE MY COWORKERS; can someone explain to me why RICHARD WHITE !!! Is not only cutting our hours but has no problem working part time employees 5 days? Now as a part time worker , I get no special benefits. I mean I worked a year so I do get Holiday pay on 4 out of however many there are, but I cannot accumulate any Vacation Pay. DONT get me wrong 5 Days more pay thats great! So when I go on Vacation Im supposed to lose money ? Working short staffed at the fuel Island because ??? What exactly? Saving Labor hours ? Cheap ? Whatever the case maybe Im not be breaking my back for a company who doesnt want to take care of their employees AT ALL! Hopefully this gets your attention tho I would LOVE a conversation
