        Decent kids play and birthday party location. Equipment and place looks a little worn out and could certainly use some updating. The staff are attentive but it feels like being herded through the place from one playroom to another in order to make space for the next incoming party. They make you get food through their service only but pizza comes in cold! Nonetheless kids have fun with the bouncy inflatables.

        We scheduled a party slot that is 9 days later and immediately realized a conflict and contacted the Belmont PumpItUp. According to their policy, any rescheduling within 14 days to the event will have to pay a rescheduling fee. The manager Rhea kindly waived that fee since our initial booking was already in the 14 D window and we contacted them immediately. We do appreciate her help!
