Stay out of here- completely a different place now!
The front desk clerk Leslie is always sleepy behind the counter. she is yawning into my face and does not listen to me at all. I always have to repeat myself many times until she hears me. I end up checking in very very late. Or, Half the time she's playing with her hair. The other front desk clerk Arion is probably on drugs. She is so hyper and never listens to me either. She talks fast and only hears herself. I have to repeat myself with her many times too. The Manager Marko is always chewing gum or has something in his mouth under his fatty cheeks. As an ambassador or titanium elite member, you never get an upgrade or any of your other benefits at this hotel. Marriott will not fight for you either. They say, this hotel is a franchise. There is nothing we can do! The survey that you writing is not even being read by Marriott. it is read locally here at the hotel. Room service is not gonna happen even once a week. They always have some excuses to tell you. your belongings are not safe either. There are always some problems with the card keys!!!! people have lost their belongings and hotel took no responsibility for it at all.
Sometimes there are no breakfast at all. you won't be refunded for what you paid either. JUST STAY OUT OF THIS CORRUPTED PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Rooms: no room service, not even once a week- by then you already checked out!
Safety: not safe at all. cars were broken into and card keys do not work. people have lost their precious belongings and no refund was granted.
Food & drinks: old and expired food.

The front desk clerk Arion is so sadistic. she is so rude and abrupt and sadistic toward affluent people. she kept us waiting to 1/2 an hour while she enjoyed chatting with these low-class people like herself. she was even rude to my 5- year old daughter. my daughter consider her a monster. all my colleagues from Silicon Valley feel the same way about this rude and sadistic person. it's best she gets a job some where at East Palo alto so she can be comfortable. The hotel manager is worse. deceitful and dishonest. the previous hotel manager, Ben was awesome! I wished he was still here. I am sure he would have never hired a sadistic girl like Arion. This hotel has lost its class and integrity!!!!!! do not come here!!!!!!
Lately, I read on Silicon Valley Websites that the PSYCHO Marko, (the Manager) and this girl Arion can knock at your door and ask you to leave if you complain about anything. They showed up with no notification along with several Police officers at the door of a very nice and respectful lady just because she asked them to stop placing false charges on my credit card. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! THEY ASK YOU TO LEAVE ANYTIME THEY WANT AND MARRIOTT BONVOY CANNOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!!!!!!!
because the hotel is owned by a corrupted private company, OTO development. STAY OUT OF THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!
Rooms: dirty! dirty! dust every where- urine on the walls- mouse and rats on the first floors!!!!! We actually saw one as we came in.
Safety: The sadistic girl Arion can walks into your rooms without nocking. your belongings are not safe at this hotel.
