Hyatt House Belmont/Redwood Shores

For the price, this is an amazing stay, especially for a family. We have been here 4 times and have two small children and it's been so great. My in-laws also stay here with us in their own room. The hospitality is top notch! They have a pack n play and even asked where we wanted it set up upon on arrival. There's a basketball court onsite and walking distance to a park. Right next to a pond(?) with ducks which kids have always enjoyed. Breakfast has two sized waffles so you can get hand-held ones for your kids! We will continue to come back since we have family in San Carlos. I can't speak highly enough about the employees here, they are so kind and helpful, and never disappoint. I don't entirely understand the low reviews considering for what you get you are paying hundreds of dollars less than you can get anywhere else. Two king bedrooms, two full bath, 3 TVs, and a full kitchen?! Yes please!

The hotel has good amenities, but the rooms are already somewhat damaged, do not use the sofa beds, they are the worst we have seen, we found some insects and the kitchen in the room was dirty. Consider that they clean every 2 days and charge for parking.

Room was nice but dirty, they didnt want to move my room despite the fact that I told them Im having breathing difficulties so I basically had to stay the whole week not being able to breathe properly because they were making me feel like I was bothering them about it too much even though I paid almost a rack for the week, food was not cooked good. Im sorry to say that this Hyatt is just not accommodating to their customer base.
