Thanks to Jason and Eileen, we have long-term tenants who are well supported when issues arise on the property. This gives us the freedom to focus our attention in other areas and is a huge relief.         Sluggish application process with no follow up or response. Since applying, the prospective rent has between twice lowered, but we cant get a reply from Jason or Frank. Applied on 11/20, followed up on 11/23, 11/29 and 11/30.

        We rented through Jason Born this past year and never had any issues. Communication was great, they fixed issues in the house as they came up, and they were all very respectful. They returned the full security deposit. Their web portal worked well. No complaints.Rob
