Property Management is poor when it comes to resolving basic maintenance issues, when you call them on the phone they request you to submit a maintenance request which is resonable, but even when youve submitted a maintenance request for a ticket weeks ago, property management still takes days to address the issue on top of calling the main office. On top of this, once on hold, thinking the person on the phone from Property Force was on mute (but they werent), I over-heard a few employee making fun of the maintenance issue I was calling about & pretended to see if there was anything then can do, but they in actuality they were just talking about their weekend plans.
