Driver is very reckless, almost ran us off the road. Called the company to report this and requested to speak to the Safety Director, they hung up the phone. I will be reporting it to the DOT.

We booked 3 days of day trips on the 55 person bus. Alex was amazing! He made each one of us feel special and his personal attention pushed the trip from okay to amazing. His patience with all us "old ladies" and our one little cowboy was over the top. Thank you!!! I hope I get a chance to visit the west coast again, because I will definitely use Black Exclusive again.

I had the same experience driver are reckless This just happen to me literally 30 mns ago Driver of this big bus tried to cut infront of me and almost hit me when I honk at him he got behind me and proceeded to bean his highlights and honk at me consistently, my children were in the car I feared for their safety because he keep doing this and following behind me and this was a big bus type vehicle I almost called the police , then decides to pull next to me and flicks me off I was able to catch the bus number 106 on the back . I will be filing a complaint as well. These drivers are responsible for safety of their passengers I would not trust a driver who drives recklessly without a care of the safety of their passengers or other drivers in the road !!!
