We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you've experienced at Camino Ruiz Square Apartments and understand the seriousness of the issues you've raised.We are committed to providing a comfortable living environment for our residents. We actively worked with pest control on resolving the problem. As discussed my records show that we sent out pest control the following day to inspect your apartment after you reported it to us. Our Pest control vendor did another inspection 3 days after and we assisted in cleaning up your home. We are truly sorry that you felt we did not act quickly enough for you. On a brighter note, I am happy that we were able to get you into a new apartment. We understand the frustration and the inconvenience it has caused. We take your health and safety seriously, and we are committed to resolving these issues promptly. We will cooperate fully with any relevant health authorities to ensure the well-being of our residents.Once again, we apologize for any distress caused and appreciate your patience.
