My mom and I have been coming to Jose for years since I was in Middle school I remember. Whether it was keeping her 03' Hyundai XG350 (a relatively obscure car relative to your corollas and accords) road worthy beyond the 200k mark, the front struts on my Civic Si, or even my 72' Datsun 240z seeming like it was going to rocket the gear stick out and up the roof, he handles it all. He'll diagnose on the spot with ya, ya through what he needs to do, and gets it done in a timely manner with regular updates. Man even goes so far to let me stop by more-than-occasionally to pick his brain whenever I hit a road block in my own garage endeavors. Jose and his boys are a great bunch, straight forward, won't pull your chain or pull the covers over your eyes. As a gear head, one of the best things you can do if you're a sane human being that doesn't opt for a new car + car payment every 3 years, is to establish a relationship with a local mechanic. If you're wondering which local you can trust here in Cam with your business its definitely Jose and his team at Service One.

I use to come over here for all my car issues. My grandmother recommended them. The last few times has been a pretty horrible experience and have been helped by a different guy then before. They charged me over $400 to get my fuel pump replaced and I had to get it replaced again less than a year later!! Also, I took my car there one last time because my alternator was making a weird noise (it was brand new but was not replaced by them) and they told me a needed a new one. I went somewhere else and it was just the belt making the noise!! By the way when I went to get my fuel pump replaced again I did not come to these guys! I went somewhere else and was charged way less!!
